On May 11, 2009, Andrew Lustigman will be presenting on "Avoiding GREENWASHING Accusations on the Global Stage" before the International Intellectual Property Society in New York. The presentation will focus understanding the evolving standards applicable to the widening use of green claims both in the United States and internationally.
